Refurbished Product Disclosure

All products sold by Techcycle Pty Ltd. are refurbished electronics.

Refurbished products may have been previously used, returned, or displayed. Each device undergoes professional inspection, testing, and refurbishment to ensure it is fully functional before resale.

Cosmetic Condition

Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use, including:

  • Light surface scratches
  • Minor scuffs or marks on the casing
  • General signs of prior handling

These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the performance or functionality of the product.

Packaging and Accessories

Refurbished products may not always include the original manufacturer's packaging. In some cases:

  • Replacement packaging may be used
  • Compatible accessories may be supplied instead of original accessories

All accessories provided are inspected, sanitized, or replaced where necessary.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Before dispatch, all products undergo testing procedures to ensure they meet operational standards. Certain products may show evidence of testing, such as minimal usage indicators or residual test results.

Grade A – Excellent Condition

Products in Grade A condition show minimal or no visible signs of use.

Grade B – Good Condition

Products in Grade B condition may show minor cosmetic signs of prior use.

  • Fully functional and tested

All grading categories relate to cosmetic appearance only and do not affect the operational performance of the device.
